Please remember Domino, the best friend I've ever had...

I lost Domino on June 3rd, 2002.  For those who didn't know, he was diagnosed with advanced pulmonary heart disease in February of 2001 and fought valiantly for a year and a half with a severely enlarged heart, and constant pulmonary edema.  Until the last month of his life, he never appeared to be a dog that was almost 13 years old, and the only real evidence of his enormous heart was the obvious love that he had for life, and for anyone that came close enough to pet him.  His passing has been the hardest thing I've ever had to endure.  As I re-invent this site, a primary focus will be to provide a picture memorial to the best friend a man could have ever had.  If you don't mind, please send me email with your remembrances of him.  I would like to compile them on the memorial page that I will be building for him soon.

For Biking, Hiking, Camping, Snowboarding, and all things Outdoors-ish

This Page Is Always Under Construction.

Pictured at the top of this page is my Dalmatian, Domino...trail dog extraordinaire. He went with me for his first road bike adventure in a bike trailer across the state of Georgia in the summer of 1997. You can see the story that made the Atlanta Journal/Constitution (must've been a slow news day) and the goofy picture that accompanied it. Below is picture of us on the ride that my riding buddy, Rodney, took of us. Domino looks pretty happy...probably because he's not having to pedal up any hills.

I am an avid road cyclist, and mountain biker, and I'm trying to find some time to completely update this page with info and photos of those activities.  This page is always under construction (see above), and I'm due to put a couple of dedicated hours at my scanner to post some updated info.

The logo above represents the informal mountain bike racing team that I've been affiliated with since 1997.  I like these guys so much that I even moved to Colorado from Atlanta to be closer to them.  Just kidding...sort of.  I have moved to Colorado, but did so because every vacation day that I've had from 1996 to 2002 has been spent there, or in Moab, UT racing my mountain bike, snowboarding, or hiking.  So I moved.  Unfortunately, career has sort of taken over since then...but I do get out occasionally to enjoy this incredible state.

If you're looking for a qualified nerd-for-hire...please review my resume (in either MS Word or .pdf format) and ring me up.
